Registration Information

Registrations can only be completed online via Play HQ. 

You must choose the 12 month registration option for the full Winter 2024 competition

  • Senior Registrations will close 11.55pm Thursday 29th February 2024

  • Junior Registrations will close 11.55pm Thursday 15th February 2024 prior to grading day

  • NA, NNSW, ERNA and WRR fees will all be visible at time of registration in PlayHQ.

  • Established Senior teams may request a dedicated registration link to be used exclusively for your team. Please contact Sue Martin This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. so that a team specific registration link can be raised to share with your team members. This is only for Senior Teams in grades (A-D). Cadets and all juniors are required to attend grading days. 

  • PLEASE NOTE: PlayHQ will introduce a 1.49% service fee from 1st January 2024 which will be applied at checkout at time of registration.

Active Kids Voucher Program

Every child (4.5 - 18 years old) who has a current Medicare card, residing in NSW and is enrolled in school from Kindergarten to Year 12 is eligible for $100 voucher each calendar year. This includes those who are home-schooled or enrolled in secondary school education at TAFE NSW.

NOTE : you must obtain the ID number prior to registering, as it will need to be entered into the payment page in PlayHQ to claim your rebate.

NNSW advise that 2023 Active Kids Vouchers may be used to register until 31st January 2024

Registration Fees for Winter Competition

Fees must be paid at the time of Registration on Play HQ. All fees for Winter Competition include payment to umpires. 

PlayHQ will not accept registrations without payment.

Junior 10yrs-17yrs $268.63
Junior 6-9 years old $268.63

 

Player Identification Requirements

All new junior players must provide proof of age.
